I [had] weightloss surgery during COVID and during my healing period and reintroduction of food back into my track I gained the courage to start lifting because of something I saw in Ki! I wanted to use surgery as a starter but these programs made fitness a way of life for me and I’m so glad I took a chance. I’ve done a few challenges, I have most of their PDF programs except the programs made for mothers and their MASS program. I’ve seen great results with these programs. Lost 120lbs my first full year after surgery but thanks to programs like ELITE IN 3 and ELITE SHRED I’ve been able to maintain 100lb loss. When coach Ki did this after having her son I decided to give it a try. Even though the program I believe is 8 weeks I actually did it for 12 and advanced my movements as I seen fit. Start Elite in 3"Love this program. I actually first completed it around 2021. It’s definitely something great to come back to. Sticking to this program has given me gains y’all. I remember gaining 10 lbs after a few weeks in, but like 10 good lbs. Needless to say, it definitely helped increased my strength. It’s a great time friendly split for folks who are busy but want to get efficient workouts in. WODs are full body splits and feel good on the body.
