How Team Training Works
-
01 Quarterly Programming
We build training in 3-month blocks. Each quarter follows a focused structure (ex: Squat • Push • Pull) so strength compounds — not resets.
-
02 Monthly Progression
Workouts evolve each month inside the block. Volume and intensity adjust so you continue building without plateauing.
-
03 Join Anytime
No waiting for a reset. The system is structured so new members can jump in and progress immediately.
Inside the app
Your Weekly Structure
Team Training follows a structured 3-day full-body system built around quarterly progression.
Each training week includes:
• 3 Strength Sessions (Squat, Push, Pull emphasis)
• Athletic accessory work
• Core + mobility integration
• Optional conditioning
• Progressive overload tracked directly in the app
Workouts are designed to be completed in 60–75 minutes.
The framework stays consistent.
The programming evolves monthly.
Train With Structure. Track With Precision.
Every workout is delivered directly through the AthElite app.
Inside each session, you can:
• Log sets, reps, and weight
• Track progressive overload week to week
• View demo videos for every movement
• Add notes to monitor performance
• Upload progress photos
• See your training calendar in one place
No guessing.
No spreadsheets.
No random workouts.
Everything is organized, tracked, and built to progress.
Progress isn’t left to memory — it’s measured.
