How the ALC App Works

How to Get Started

Follow these simple steps to begin your journey with our app

Join the team

Click the link and complete checkout. You'll be added to the current training block. (right now: Elite Glutes Reloaded). Start Training

Check your email

Look for our Welcome to ALC email and create your password. If you don’t see it, check spam or search “AthElite Lifting Club.”

Your calendar is ready

The week populates automatically with 3 strength sessions + 2 conditioning days. Click the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen to view previous and future workouts up to 2 weeks.

Train & log

Open a workout to see demo videos and coaching notes. Use the RPE cue so you know how hard to push, then log weights/reps so your progress is tracked.

Earn points & get feedback.

Complete workouts, log cardio, and hit PRs to earn points. Drop form videos/questions in the Group Chat for quick feedback.

Keep rolling.

Every 4 weeks we roll into the next block—your calendar updates automatically. No re-enroll needed.

Is this ongoing?

Yes. The team moves through new program blocks every 4 weeks.

Do I need a gym?

Yes — programs are written for a full gym. (Home options appear occasionally.) You can also utilize the substitution feature on the app by clicking the three dots next to the movement name.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no contracts or long-term commitments. Cancel directly in your account whenever you need by going to app on desktop. Desktop Version
