Squat Push Pull is the current Team Training block inside AthElite — designed to build strong, capable athletes through foundational movement patterns and intentional progression.

The week populates automatically with 3 strength sessions + 2 conditioning days. Click the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen to view previous and future workouts up to 2 weeks.

Open a workout to see demo videos and coaching notes. Use the RPE cues so you know how hard to push, then log weights/reps so your progress is tracked.

Complete workouts, log cardio, and hit PRs to earn points. Drop form videos/questions in the Group Chat for quick feedback.
