This program is absolutely amazing! I resume back to my workout routine in January 2025. The program is easy to follow & love the core workouts. Honestly, I’ve never done core workouts til I got preggo. I learned so much, and I realize I had to build my strength from the bottom. When I found out my pregnancy I was doing 45db split squats but went down to bodyweight which was very humbling. I kept showing up knowing my future self will thank herself. No crazy diets either since I’m breastfeeding. Def a gallon of water a day and high protein meals.

I’ve been following Kiara since COVID. I weightloss surgery during COVID and during my healing period and reintroduction of food back into my track I gained the courage to start lifting because of something I saw in Ki! I wanted to use surgery as a starter but these programs made fitness a way of life for me and I’m so glad I took a chance. I’ve done a few challenges, I have most of their PDF programs except the programs made for mothers and their MASS program. I’ve seen great results with these programs. Lost 120lbs my first full year after surgery but thanks to programs like ELITE IN 3 and ELITE SHRED I’ve been able to maintain 100lb loss. I’ve been able to gain so much education about my body, physically and mentally while completing these programs. This lifestyle is not for the weak and I’m steady riding the wave because I’ve changed so much physically with these programs in the last 4 years of my life than most people I know who are half my size. My endurance, my strength, my ability to lock in with nutrition to meet my goals…..I learned here….it isn’t easy but the results are definitely worth it.
