Well rounded, full body workouts that focus on the glutes. I regret not taking before pictures because I was self conscious. But the definition is there!! Everyone keeps saying my butt looks good and asking where they can get the program at because I look that good. Feel like my booty is a walking billboard for this program. I do the workouts at home because I am a single mom with a full time job and no help. So, I am restricted and use the alternative workouts often. So, I would advise these workouts be done in a gym.
Absolutely love this program! I did this program during the summer. Life happened and I was off from the gym for about 2 months.
Didn't want to start Squatober in the middle of month so I decided to try a program from another trainer on returning and that shit left me feeling like shit!
Reverted to Elite in 3 and within days my mind, body and soul felt healed. I haven't looked back. Will be rotatating the athelite programs I have until I can get new ones.

This is the 4th program I have bought. I have seen great progress with the other 3 and excited to start number 4!
While I can’t brag on this program as I do with Elite Mass or Elite Glutes, this program is really good for busy bodies or people trying to get into the routine of being someone who regularly works out. I bought this program for my friend while they were working full time and completing an internship and it was great!
The workouts will push you but they are very doable. You feel like a beast after every set. Not only have I lost body fat, but I've also gained some muscle and my core is noticeably stronger (without even doing hella ab workouts).
BUY THIS if your schedule is hectic but you want to get the most of your gym session and see results!
