This program is absolutely amazing! I resume back to my workout routine in January 2025. The program is easy to follow & love the core workouts. Honestly, I’ve never done core workouts til I got preggo. I learned so much, and I realize I had to build my strength from the bottom. When I found out my pregnancy I was doing 45db split squats but went down to bodyweight which was very humbling. I kept showing up knowing my future self will thank herself. No crazy diets either since I’m breastfeeding. Def a gallon of water a day and high protein meals.

I have Crohn’s disease and have had 3 stomach surgeries. This program has been so helpful in strengthening my core, and my body. I love it so much. Deciding between this for the third time or elite glutes!

Soooo currently on baby #2 back to back babies is no joke BUT getting this program the first time has made me confident enough as a woman to know my babies will not be why I feel ugly or like a failure. I do it right at home while I’m on my very long and well needed maternity leave.
