Back at it again for our third year! ALL-NEW WORKOUTS for the entire month of October. We'll be working through 2 main squat variations:
Back Squat & Front Squat We'll start off strong & build up more each week. Feeling a little uneasy? Don't worry about 1,000+ people will be going through this with you. Only the strong and disciplined will survive. If you're up for the challenge, join us now!
Just like last year, every movement will have demo videos, plus detailed Voice-Over Videos to further explain form. There are 5 total workouts a week:
