As a custom client, you'll receive 100% customized workouts based on your individual lifestyle & goals, in addition to guidance with nutrition and meal planning. If you have a recent or past injury & need guidance on how to move forward, we highly suggest Custom coaching. You'll be assigned to either Neko or Kiara. We'll start with a virtual onboarding call that you'll schedule inside the app after you sign up and complete your consultation form. We'll discuss your training history, any past/current injuries, short term and long term goals, non-aesthetic goals, your workout and nutrition strategy.
From there, we'll schedule a virtual movement analysis. You'll record a set list of movements and send them in so your current strength and mobility can be assessed. Our analyses usually highlight areas of improvement which is exactly what we want in order to create a program that meets you where you're at and focuses on strengthening weaknesses
Expect workouts to stay the same for 4-5 weeks with minimal change. The goal is to allow you to perfect movement patterns and get stronger at them. Questions, concerns or form help?
