Program Details:

  • Duration: 20 gym-based workouts divided into 4 levels; Can be used throughout entire pregnancy.
  • Workout Split: 3 full-body strength workouts + 2 cardio & core sessions per week
  • Program Focus: Strengthening hips, pelvis, knees, lower back, and abs to reduce the risk of diastasis recti and gestational diabetes
  • Equipment Needed: Full gym setup (dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, trap bar) + optional bands
