I love all of their programs! I did Elite Glutes after I lost 11 pounds on Elite Shred. I was ready to maintain my weight and build. Lower body is the only place I have any curves ( athletic build and small chest) so I Needed to perfect the glutes! It felt great to build not only the aesthetics of my glutes but also incredible strength. With the glute work, it’s also full body which is my favorite and makes perfect sense. Each week builds and prepares you for the work the following week. Smart and simple. My form improved so much during this program.
I just don’t understand HOW I’m I seeing such significant results with only three weeks … ima try to find some before pics so I can post … because like HOW!!!!! I’m obsessed. AND there’s days when time doesn’t allow me to finish my workout because I’m in such a rush … so just imagine if I gave it 100..
This was my second program I purchased. I love the programming and video links. Saw so much growth and the lifts are so straight forward to me, which I love. Thank you for your intentional dedication to your craft. It shows in the programming!
I love the elite glutes program but would love to see regressions vs just one exercise.
Was looking for a new workout split after starting grad school and no longer being able to hit the gym 5 times a week. This hits all my goals and I feel challenged
