I love the elite glutes program but would love to see regressions vs just one exercise.
Was looking for a new workout split after starting grad school and no longer being able to hit the gym 5 times a week. This hits all my goals and I feel challenged
This was my first ALC pdf program as a gym newbie and I literally trained this for about two years while finding my groove in the gym as far as schedule and letting it become routine. I can’t recommend this program enough to the girls who compliment my gym progress but think I’m the brain behind what they see; I’m always like “If you wanna look good please stop watching my stories and TRUST IN MY COACHING!”
This plan is AMAZING! Not only grows your glutes but also overall strength!! I’m able to do assisted pull ups with ease when I never even attempted them before this. I’ve gone to the gym for years but never followed a plan and was so nervous, but it feels so good to know I have a plan everyday and know it WILL WORK! I completed this program twice back to back and rarely did cardio, completed the bonus workout half the time, and even ate in a slight caloric deficit and STILL had glute growth. Definitely wish I started sooner, but I swear by thissss!
