I LOVE this program!

This is my favorite program from The Freeman’s!! I got into the gym initially due to losing weight in college and wanting to gain it back so Elite Glutes introduced me to full body workouts and I began learning my main lifts. By the time Elite Mass was dropped I was well familiarized with lifting and by then I was really looking for putting on mass and gaining strength so I was READY.

This program is just my thing and I love to come back to it after the summer ends and I don’t care to see my abs much. I feel so strong doing Elite Mass and it’s fun to do with my male friends who workout as well!
