I started Home foundations because my mental health and decisions affected my physical health and left me sedentary for many months. Now I’m starting “from the beginning” but I’m reminded of what my body is capable of even if I’m starting from the basics. I’m starting week 2 and I’m excited to be strength training again! It’s only forward motion from here- one day at a time. We were made to move!! The Freeman’s were made to positively influence, guide, teach and speak life into people through fitness and knowledge. This was my second home based purchase from Kiara and Neko and trust me this will open your eyes to how much can literally be done at home. Although it's 4 weeks ,it's so well planned out that you will achieve results with consistency and nutrition. You can see some results from the challenge from a while back. I'd recommend this to someone who doesnt have access to a gym or unable to attend for whatever reason.
