This program… so good. I’m about to go round 2. All movements felt amazing after completing moms who lift. Chief kiss.! Do the work and you will be surprised. I know I was when I took my pic. I know weight doesn’t matter, but I did start at 215lbs and finished at 208lbs.
Let me tell you, I struggled getting back to the gym and being consistent after having my daughter. When coach Ki did this after having her son I decided to give it a try. Even though the program I believe is 8 weeks I actually did it for 12 and advanced my movements as I seen fit. Body is definitely coming together! If your postpartum or just need to get back to it, this is the program for you!
Mind you I had my baby literally 8 years ago lmao but all these years I never thought to re build my core or strengthen my hips but i figured why not start now, bought this program and within the third week I noticed an immediate difference from my posture , certain moves, my squat depth got a bit deeper and just how I carry myself. Definitely gave me a confidence boost as well! Can’t wait to finish so I can start AGAIN cus it’s that good!!
